 Hi, I'm Véronique Schyns.

Investors are looking to meet with companies that can tell their great story. Companies want to see new interested investors and fair valuation. As an IR expert and coach, it's my goal to guide and empower companies to successfully create a long-term connection with the right investors and shareholders.

I have 25 years of experience in Global Corporate, Brand, Financial Communications (including as a Chief Spokesperson), Media and Investor Relations, working closely with Boards. I founded my financial and strategic communications consultancy in 2010 and since 2018 I specialise in Investor Relations. Most recently, I was Head of Investor Relations at ASA International Group plc in Amsterdam and London. Before that, I held several roles with The Heineken Group, Robeco Group, Hill & Knowlton, Rabobank and ABN AMRO. I have broad expertise in financial services (e.g. banks, asset management, microfinance, private equity) and FMCG. Today, I deploy my expertise and extensive network to guide both listed and unlisted companies in building and strenthening direct relationships with the investor community and through the financial and business media. Another passion of mine is to use my experience for Spanish American companies. I have a Master's degree in Spanish Language and Literature from the Universtity of Utrecht and travelled to a large number of countries in South America. 

Having a full overall view of interests and needs of all key stakeholders is a valuable asset. I, therefore, deeply believe that connecting investor relations and corporate communications creates strong shareholder value. It is this combined expertise that I bring to the table, which is a cost-efficient approach, while at the same time reducing reputational risks and reaching the necessary goals.
