Improving investor relations and equity story
The numbers are solid, but the market narrative lacks strategic conviction. Telling your company’s strategic narrative in a clear and compelling way, is key for investors, so that they better understand why they should be investing in your company.
As a Founder or CFO you are dealing with investor relations yourself. Investors notice this because they need a dedicated and available contact, which they can ask questions without a time restriction and give feedback to. You don't have unlimited time for the investor community, nor the time to improve the equity story or think about other investor communication improvements.
Your annual report is produced without external advice and you are not actively targeting and building relationships with new investors. You have no financial media strategy targeted at the investor community.

Ways of working & fee structure
The first 30-minute meeting is offered to you free of charge. During our first informative meeting we discuss and decide the level and amount of support needed and estimated duration of the engagement. Pending any questions, you will receive our offer within 24 hours. We guarantee our clients a pro-active, personal and committed approach. Since the support needed is different for every client, our services are customised. Evaluation takes place biannually and more often if needed, so that our services may be adjusted accordingly.
Our hourly based rate is between € 200,- (excluding VAT) for a PR or communication agency and € 250,- (excluding VAT) for direct assignments from companies up to and including 12 hours, depending on the level of support required. We offer a discounted fee for projects exceeding 12 hours and ad interim services, depending on the level and duration of the engagement and type of client.
For retainer commitments, we offer a minimum commitment of three months. The monthly fee depends on the level and amount of support needed and type of client.
