The numbers are solid, but the market narrative lacks strategic conviction. Telling your companies’ strategic narrative correctly is key for investors, so that they better understand what and why they should be or are investing in.


As a Founder or CFO you are dealing with investor relations yourself. Investors notice this because they need a dedicated and available contact, which they can ask questions without a time restriction and give feedback to. You don't have unlimited time for the investor community, nor the time to improve the equity story or think about other investor communication improvements. 


Your annual report is produced inhouse, without outside in advice and you are not actively targeting and building relationships with new investors. You have no financial media strategy targeted at the investor community.


If this sounds somewhat familiar, I can deliver senior-level investor relations support without overhead. From advising you regarding your investor relations strategy to executing elements of your strategy, such as:

  • Analysing and improving your equity story.

Ways of Working & Fee Structure



The first meeting is offered to you free of charge. During our first informative meeting we discuss and decide the level and amount of support needed and estimated duration of the engagement. Pending any questions, you will receive my offer within 24 hours. I guarantee my clients a pro-active, personal and committed approach, giving my full attention from start to finish. Since the support needed is different for every client, my services are customised. Evaluation takes place biannually and more often if needed, so that my services may be adjusted accordingly.  


My hourly based rate is between € 200,- and € 250,- for engagements up to and including 12 hours, depending on the level of support needed. The fee for projects exceeding 12 hours and ad interim services depend on the level and duration of the engagement.


For retainer commitments, I offer a minimum commitment of three months. The monthly fee depends on the level and amount of support needed.
